For our amazing international customers, we've got you covered too! We ship worldwide, and your order will take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on your location. Returns and Exchanges 🔄

At PET Studio, we want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, don't worry—we've got your back!

Returns:

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We know pets can be picky, and we want you to love💖 everything you buy

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply follow the return process and let us know what you'd like to exchange it for.🛍

Important Notes:

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
